Billing questions

Straight answers.

Pricing is designed to be legible before Holden touches a live lead.

A handled lead is one unique phone number for which Holden submits an initial SMS to the carrier during the billing month. Duplicate inquiries from the same number count once that month. A new billing month counts again only if a new eligible inquiry triggers a response. Leads blocked before sending by the consent gate, existing suppression, or an invalid payload do not count. Carrier acceptance does not guarantee delivery.

Standard local-number provisioning, approved campaign-registration work, and ordinary SMS carrier fees generated by Holden’s included qualification workflow are covered. Additional numbers, MMS, short codes, international routes, bulk or reactivation campaigns, premium vetting, unusually long custom flows, and taxes are separate and quoted before use.

Holden continues handling leads at the published overage rate. You can request an alert or hard monthly cap during setup.

Agent and Team plans begin with a paid 30-day pilot and continue month to month unless your order form says otherwise. Brokerage and Enterprise terms are documented during scoping.
